I was extremely impressed with there communication skills and how they made you feel welcomed. I was bummed out about my headlight because it wasn't working after my cousin replaced the bulb and it wouldn't work. And even more so on how expensive it was just to get it fixed. After making calls after calls to get a loan I was very discouraged. But a god bless man (Josh) called me to assure that he would get down to the main source of why my headlight wasn't working and that he would get a very good mechanic to thoroughly inspect my vehicle he stood by his word and I had my car back that same day. I feel very blessed about this experience and I'm very grateful thank you Christian Brothers and a very big thank you to Josh: )

Very friendly and helpful. Jay Franco was my main point of contact up front and he was helpful in explaining what was about to happen and one of the technicians later walked through the results of my alignment. Great service.

I do believe that they are up front with all the pricing. No suprises and they stand behind their work.

They care for each one of their customers as if each one is their only customer. They're willing to go the extra mile for you, like bringing you your lunch at work when you realized you left it in your car.
