Even though I hadn’t realized Rick had retired, the new staff was friendly and very helpful. They really took the time to check over my vehicle throughly, listen to my concerns, and give me honest feedback what I needed to address. I love that they offer a shuttle service so I still get to work while my car was in the shop. My Cadillac is running so much smoother.

Also I was asked if I wanted a courtesy check, I said yes but there was no report or indication it was done?
CBA is the most caring and professional auto service I have ever encountered. They are truly an exceptional company.
I had some recurring issues with my brakes and I am thankful that Jimmy resolved the problem. He is a very kind and compassionate person who meets his customers needs with vigilance and accuracy. These guys get the job done good and fast. I am a lifelong customer now because of Jimmy’s care and competence.
