I called and scheduled the first appointment on Monday morning. I was told to arrive right at open and somehow, got bumped behind other customers in line without being told. A simple judgement error for them, but very inconvenient for my job. The owner was making small talk with me and once aware, immediately corrected the mistake. I was placed next in line and was given a discount. Refreshing to see such good customer service.
