Mu truck had an alternator replaced in Jackson, TN in Oct 23 which went bad. No questions asked at the Hendersonville shop and it got replaced with a smile. I didn't get his name but he was very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend CB to anyone needing servive.
