Took my daughters 4 runner in for brake job , because I had myself convinced it needed a complete brake job , and being my daughters truck , want everything working well , to my surprise when they called me , the young fella on the phone said the brakes were fine at this time .
I don't need to tell you how this could have went another way , as finding a very honest and reliable mechanic shop can be hard to say the very least ,

I had been to another mechanic that tried to sell me a lot of work I didn't need. So honesty is really what impressed me along with the friendly staff.

Fixed what was required. Noted a potential problem but gave option to repair instead of hard up sale tactics. I will get that fixed soon - at Christian Brothers.

We had a battery issue that happened during our last big snow storm in February. We only have one car and my husband does not drive. We called, got an appointment the very next day, scheduled the tow truck, and they even sent a driver to pick us up and bring us to the site where we could pick up our car and pay. Everything we have had done at CBA has been quick, fairly priced, and explained well to me. We have had the battery issue as well as new brake pads installed. I am the one who usually deals with the car issues since my husband cannot due to health, and I appreciate the honesty in which the entire staff shows to me as a customer. We will continue to use CBA in the future for all our car needs.
