Everything from customer service from everyone that works at Christian brothers. Easy appointment scheduling almost always get in in two days. I feel that everyone that works on our vehicles are thourough and honest. And Vicki (i think that is her name i apologize if it is not) always has a smile for you when you need a ride to work with he valet that Christian brothers offers.

I like the complimentary shuttle home when leaving my car. I also like the professional way the person who is checking in the vehicle handles the needs of my car. There is also a very comfortable and clean waiting area and very friendly driver for the shuttle van.

I just like the way they do business! I like the idea of operating on an appointment schedule. If it's a simple oil change, you're in and out in a reasonable amount of time. If it something major, they give you a pretty good estimate of your actual cost. And...............believe it or not........they did work on my vehicle that after the work was done, they found out it was under warranty. They refunded my money!! I guess that kinda reflects in their name..............
