When I reached out to see about availability of getting my daughter’s vehicle in for an oil change in anticipation of need to drive to Orlando Airport on Tuesday, I knew it had a high probability of not being able to be worked in, which was confirmed during call. However 15 minutes later I received call informing me if I could drop vehicle of right away it would be fit in before end of business Monday. Thank you Merry and James. It was reassuring to drive a serviced vechicle across the State, especially with Tuesday’s weather/storm. I so appreciate this level of concern and care, along with returning me to my home after vehicle drop off.
