For that reason I stick with AAA shops or dealers but dealers are cold, impersonal, and often want to do more than is necessary. I'm pleased that you are now my shop of choice.

The communication was exceptional and explanations were clear and complete! Everything was completed in a timely manner! However the diagnostic charge was way too much! You can’t complete a service if you don’t know what to fix! I would not charge if you do the repairs. Otherwise I am satisfied with the repairs!
