The people work in the office are polite ,nice and explan the things need to be done very clear.
There is one thing I dislike ,that is the lights in your waiting room are always on all day long. If you can shut off the lights when the sun is bright, I think customers will benefit by it.

I was treated with courtesy and respect and all aspects of the services done on my car were explained to me very clearly both up front when I made my appointment as well as when they called me to explain what needed to be done, and yet again, when I paid for and picked up my car. But, what I also really like about Christian Brothers is no only the customer service but the prices. You cannot beat their prices! So yes, I not would but do recommend Christian Brothers to everyone who needs work done on their vehicles. Thanks for asking me to respond!

Everyone was extremely outgoing and accommodating.

Most automotive shops are scary because you go in for something litte and you come out 500 dollars later with ten new parts. Not being a mechanic, it's hard to argue when that happens. The staff here told me what they found wrong, but also showed me. They compared my worn down parts to those that are new and seeing the incredible difference didn't make me feel like I was getting worked over. The staff was incredibly sweet and welcoming, and even got me coffee and held conversation with me while I was waiting :)
