That was my first time showing up there. Discount Tire didn't have an aliment rack (which is odd) so they recommended you all next door. I usually take my equipment to another location in springs. But now... I will go to you all, all day! Staff was friendly, you got me in right away after I explained my wife had appointments to attend, the steering wheel was dead straight and drove down the road perfect! Couldn't ask for more. Customer service went down the drain but you all are bringing it back!!! I would give you a 20 if your rating chart went past 10. I never ever leave reviews but I had to leave this one! Apologies for leave a long one, but we'll worth it! Thanks so much!!

I had a lot of issues with my vehicle, and I felt like I received an honest detailed explanation of the recommended repairs to help me make an informed decision. The extensive repairs required them to keep the vehicle almost a week, and they were able to deliver as promised. I also appreciate the 3 year or 30k mile guarantee on the repairs. I am not aware of any dealer or repair shop that gives that level of guarantee on their work.
