Customer service!! When I needed tires, battery etc., they always ask if I have a warranty or AAA to see if I’m covered somewhere else instead just saying it needs fixed and then fix it. Neither time would have even thought I had warranty or was covered by anyone. Also I love how comfortable they make you while you wait. Also they have vehicle available to take you home if necessary.

As soon as I walked into the door, I was acknowledged and the environment was welcoming. I walked into worship music plying on the radio, and it automatically puts me at ease about my car’s malfunction. In there I was sold anything I didn’t need, and wasn’t talked into any service my car didn’t need. I have a huge respect for Christian Brothers Automotive as a company, because they keep a standard in the way they treat people no matter what the location you go to. My experience was in Riverview, and they are by far the best. Thank you for making my day less problematic,

They have an easy to use web site to schedule an appointment. They were on time, provided pictures of items to consider on my car (tire wear, etc.). Provided a lot of documentation with the receipt. Car runs great!

Everyone was thorough and personable. The process was so easy. I loved being sent a link with pictures, where I could easily approve or reject offered services. I felt zero pressure. The facility was also clean and organized. There are lots of places around here that lack all professionalism - this isn’t one of those. Great place. I was also so happy with the shuttle process. Fast and efficient and the driver was great!
