Good communication.

All the employees are always top notch and really friendly. They try very hard to make a hard situation (or even an expensive one) much easier on the customer. They never pressure your to get all the things done to your car that you aren't ready to pay for. I have never received a list of things that need to be done to my car on top of what I brought it in for with the total already added up like you get at the other places. They do diagnostics on everything and give you a check list with the results, but unless something is urgent and truly important to the safety of you, they don't say anything to you about adding to your bill. My whole family uses Christian Brothers and will continue to do so as long as they are open.

The customer service was EXCELLENT. Chris greeted me and quickly created my work order. The repairs were costly, but after recovering from the repair cost, Chris drove me to work while the repairs were done. The warranties are great and offered peace of mind if something goes wrong. I will return, hopefully only for oil ch ages and maintenance, but should I need more, I'd come back for that as well. The courtesy rides are a huge plus. Keep up the good work.
