I was a little early for my appointment but they took me right in. The customer service at this location is great! I also like the free check for any problems that need correcting. There is never any pressure to do additional work.

I liked the friendly personable front desk personal. I liked also that after the job was finished for which I brought in my car, I was told about several other items (fluid exchanges) that would soon need my attention. The waiting room was also very pleasant and several steps "up" from the standard rows of chairs and blank walls in other places.

The work was done in a timely fashion. I did not have the time to get an item fixed. Made an appointment to get it done in a week, not a hard sell.

Everyone was very nice. The shuttle service was helpful. Got to rest at home and they picked me up when the car was ready. Will use their services again. Was impressed.

Speedy and friendly reception. Shuttle service extremely helpful. 90 day installment payment couldn't have had repairs done without it. Comfortable atmosphere for waiting in. Reasonable repair wait time. If repairs are not to my satisfaction, quick remedies to address and get to the root of the problem. Great staff and owners. I've been a customer for about 5 years or more. Nothing but great service!!! :-)
