I love how friendly they are and they are always thorough and give same-day service just about every time

I trust my car with them. Always quality service. The reward program is an added bonus. My last visit allowed me to quickly make an appointment and get repairs done.

I absolutely love their warranty. When I went in a few years ago, for my power steering assembly, their warranty was 2 years 24000 miles. But what I didnt know that their warranty is "whichever comes last" my power steering recently broke its pulley, which needed to be replaced. It had clearly been over 2 years, but Since I dont drive all that much, it was still under the mileage range. So they happily said that I was still covered. I was ready to pay for another bill. But all I had to pay for was a serpentine belt (which was shreaded because of the power steering pulley.)

(Now they are increasing that limit from what I hear to 3 year 36000 miles... So thats a plus) many different places would do whichever comes first.

Another thing is that they offered to drive me home for free. I declined just because it was a beautiful day for a walk. But they were willing.

It was my first time with Christian Brothers Automotive, White Rock. Actually, I was referrred via a phone call by someone at Discount Tire.

The staff are awesome! Everyone I interacted with was very kind and friendly.

I had an ABS warning light on my dashboard and I was so worried! But, my problem was resolved and all the other issues too.

I was referred by discount tires across the street . I needed new tires and they sent me over there for wheel alignment. It was nice to have a coupon every chance u get to save a little helps .
