Pure professionalism. It was refreshing to not feel like I was being sold for once at a mechanic. Plus I like being able to take care of everything at a distance. Don’t get me started on the fact that they sent someone to pick me up after my car was fixed!

My student and I were 200 miles from home, 600 miles from our destination taking him back to college in Northern Alabama in their car. We had a fluke issue with the vehicle. AAA recommended CB as an approved shop and towed the car there.
To say the team took good care of us is an understatement. Lee at the front desk was the best! The crew figured out the weird issue, fixed it, assured us we were good to go and sent us on our way.
We arrived in Alabama later than anticipated but we made it. We were so impressed with how well we were treated and how the team really did jump in, pull out the stops to get us back on the road.

Fast, efficient and reasonably priced. They went the extra mile when they saw my taillight was out as I drove away. They called me right then and had me come back so they could fix it, no charge! Highly impressed.

My van has more than 186000 milles it’s a 2004 quest se and it spot working so I took it to Nissan trophy in garland with a towing truck .
When I got there they just told me take my van van some where else they don’t work on old cars and they where not polite in any way so y cold the Christian brothers and they send a wrecker in 30 minutes .
They where very honest and checked the van and made the repairs required .nissan had told me it needed a new engine but still did not want to fix it on the other hand the brothers changed the fan and some small details all for 588,67 dollars
Everyone in the shop seemed to be extremely friendly, happy to be at their jobs and very helpful. If they didn’t provide a service they quickly referred me to someone that could help. Repairs were quick and prices honest. They did an overall check for things I might consider repairing in the near future. I would highly recommend them for future services.
