Lowell was great. He was very personable and took the time to explain what was going on with my car. I’ve always had good experiences with Christian Brothers and have taken my cars to various locations depending on where I lived.
Everyone was kind informative and friendly. They also worked with my son on my behalf so things were coordinated easily for me! Lowell, was kind enough to get me home after dropping off my car and then back to the shop to pick up my car! Another problem I did not have to worry about!
The manager, Chris, is very attentive to the customer's needs and the mechanics are very good at their skills.
I brought my car in because it would not start. I appreciated that additional repairs to the suspension were found to be needed and that my warranty covered the work. Upon inspection, the brake pads and rotors also needed to be replaced. My car is running great and I can tell the brakes are much better.
