I appreciate not feeling pressured. They do a really good job of telling you other things to consider that might mean maintenance in the near term but are not pushy. Movies my own place I also appreciate when I have questions that the guys of the desk are knowledgeable and we don't have to play the phone tag game with the technicians

I really liked receiving pictures/videos of the problems that needed to be fixed along with a comprehensive estimate. Which was also followed by a call explaining what was found and what was needed. The warranty for work and parts also played a part in my decision to have repairs made by Christian Brothers. The staff are all very polite and respectful. I will definitely be using Christian Brothers again.
