Approachable, friendly and knowledgeable staff including the folks on the phone making appointments are always at CB. I have been looked down upon because I’m a woman discussing vehicle issues at other auto repair companies. I have never gotten that impression at CB. They take the time to clearly explain inspection results and off options. I never feel pressured.

They are professional, fair priced, and friendly. No matter what I have my vehicle in for, the staff always welcomes me like I’m a long time customer. The last time I went in was for a break-in on my vehicle. I wasn’t sure if they would do the repair as it wasn’t mechanic related; but they said they would do it and even shipped around some to find the best deal on glass. Many thanks, CBA, I will be back.

These guys got me fixed up quickly on some moderately challenging repairs, from my point of view, but not just that. I told them I was pressed for time that I had available to be without a car... AND... that I wasn't gonna be able to pick it up when they were done. right. Tough luck right? well, they offered to drop it off at my house. Pretty swell.

Very good service, and very good work. Prices could have been a little lower, but the work was done in the timeframe they all suggested. They recommended some additional work that could be done but was optional as it was not something necessary immediately.
