Everything!! From the second I walked in, Derek and Shawn treated me like family. They explained everything to me in terms I could understand and explained all of my options. After researching, they realized there was a part that was basically recalled and they suggested I take it to the dealership. Any other place would have replaced it and charged me a ton of money. But instead, they were honest and sincere, and I'm completely grateful for that because it ended up being something in my transmission, which I never would have been able to afford. But everything was covered under the power tran warranty and some other warranties. Being a single mother, working 70 hours a week, this was a huge blessing!! I'm so thankful Derek and Shawn are such honest people. Even though I ended up taking it to the dealership, I will be bringing my car to Christian Brothers in Friendswood for all my future repairs and maintenance. I have been telling all of my friends to do the same!!
