Christian Brothers made me very comfortable from the moment of the quote (when they showed me a video of what would eventually happen to my motor should a drive train belt break) to the lounge area where their Southern hospitality (making everyone as comfortable as possible while waiting) to the exit (where our vehicle was parked just outside the door and due to the excessive heat that day and because I had my 90-year-old mom with me, they left the car running with A/C on high.
