The service was completed in a timely fashion. The establishment offered a complimentary shuttle service which is plus if one has to wait for the work being completed. Additonally, the staff was courteous, friendly and very helpful. Definitely recommend CBA and will use them in the future.

Surprised at cost. Probably typical today, and hoping my trust for honest and ethical standards exist here, as a retired, single lady living on a very small, limited income, unexpected financial expenditures can be a challenge.

I like they got back to me next day about my car. No delay I thought it take days before my car would be looked at and that wasn't the case. I would have had them fix it but wasn't in my budger

They actually fixed a pernicious, intermittent problem on my car. The staff kept me up to date as to what was going on, and they were friendly while they did it too! (They even showed me the bad part--in my case, a torque converter--so I could see it for myself.)

Courteous, addressed my issue and promptly started to work on it.

They are very caring, very honest! They don’t try to over sale, pushing for more sales! Very prompt, & it helps to have a ride when it is going to take more than an hour for the repair!! I already have recommended Christian Brothers! It is refreshing to deal with honest people!!
