Always very nice, checking my vehicle over, I had concerns about the brakes, they pulled off the wheels inspected everything and it looked good and they let me know I did not need brakes. This is while they did my oil change. They gave me a ride to work to boot!

My car gets fixed the first time I take it in almost every time. And now that I have figured out that I want Bob to be my service advisor, I can relax and not worry about stuff. He knows my make/model, and the mechanic does also. I was at a b'day party this weekend, and your service was discussed. Expensive, and honest, was the consensus. And it is also REALLY nice to get a ride to and from my house. A good majority of my neighbors do not have cars, so not having to arrange rides is a BIG load off.
