Communication. They kept me informed of what the problems were and what they were going to do. I was told after we fixed the problems with the car you might need a tune up, if so we will let you know. After the problems were fixed I got a call and they said we don't think that you will need a tune up, we think it is running fine, but you take it drive it see what you think. They were right, it is running fine. Great staff. They care about you and your vehicle. I will be back for a tune up at 200,000 miles.
