I genuinely appreciate the feeling of dropping my car off at a place that I do not believe is trying to nickel and dime me. My SUV is over 10 years old, and both times I have taken it to CBA, I’ve been pleasantly surprised that they have not come back to me with a laundry list of “suggested services”. I’ve never had an auto body shop that I felt like I could trust, but CBA is really earning my trust.
