I did not have an appointment, but needed help with my husband's truck. A previous mechanic accidentally kept the key to his lug nuts and is three hours away. Their mechanic worked us into his schedule as soon as he got back from lunch and was able to get them off, so that we could get repairs done. Instead of acting like it was a hassle (because it seems like it was a huge pain), he had such a joyful and friendly attitude. The price for the work was more than reasonable! Thank you!
