What I like is the professional work,what I didn’t like and just a learning curve,I scheduled an appt for having work done on a one day schedule,so I took an vacation day to have the work done,late that afternoon I was called and you couldn’t get parts until next day,so I wasted another one of my vacation days, this was a brake job,called on Monday and scheduled work on Thursday,parts should’ve not been an issue,work was going to be done ,you had 2 days to get the parts before Thursday,i something I feel could help in the future,thanks for taking care of my truck
The staff at the Liberty location were very professional, managed my expectations and explained in detail what they worked on. My car was finished earlier than anticipated. The waiting room was pleasant and clean, too.
I’ve had horrible luck over the years finding a shop that does things the way they were done around my Uncle’s shop back home in Oklahoma when I was growing up; with dignity and class.
