Thoroughness of service and quality of work
Christian Brothers stayed in contact with us every step of the way. They offered options to get our truck fixed and answered all our questions. We had a little trouble with the vehicle still needing a little attention after we picked it up but with one phone call they took care of the concern and even brought the truck back to our office for us afterward!
They let me see the price before committing, and when I had to use another location waved the fees I had already paid at the previous ones.

The service manager was friendly and polite and very knowledgeable. He was even familiar with the specific issues our car had. They did a complete work up and explained things in detail. Including addressing our questions and challenges. Help treated us like family and helped us make the right decision and chose the right path forward with our car. One additional issue cane up when they got into the work and he called right away. Explained it. And got our approval. There ware other minor issues that cane up and he took care of those sighing the original quakes. I have dealt with the Granbury CBA owner for several years and he recommended the CS CBA store because our vehicle was there. They did a great job. As I said. Treated us like family.
