The inspection report they do was impressive
Very thorough with their inspection of my vehicle when I had my oil change done.
Made an appointment, arrived on time, services performed in a timely way, charges were reasonable and appropriate. I had asked for the tires to be rotated if they needed to be after CB checked them. The service rep said after they measured tread wear that they did not need to be rotated and therefore weren't.
How satisfying to have prompt courteous professional service. I walked up to have lunch at local cafe and was asked back at CB how the food was. So they remembered & paid attention.
We were in town for graduation for only 1 night. We dropped the car off after hours, and y’all were able to fix it and have us on the road by 2pm the next day! You took the time to walk us through the repairs needed, which built trust. The car has been running great ever since. Thank you!
