Staff is friendly. Service was good. They also explained other items needed to maintain my vehicles performance, without pushing that the items needed to be done "right now".
The friendliness of the employees; prompt service on the vehicle; rides available if car has to be left or clients need to be picked up from home; that your shop is right in our neighborhood...easy access if an emergency arises; fair and reasonable prices on parts.....waiting area is always clean and neat.

I find the level of service to be refreshing and uncommon. The professionalism is at a level rarely seen in American business it seems, as far too many corporations are too concerned with having positive customer surveys than they are with performing to a high level. I am 100% satisfied with the service I have received and will most definitely utilize them in the future, knowing that I will be treated fairly and honestly.

The work is always done right the first time. Never had to take any of our cars back in to fix the same problem. They have a great staff, very friendly and knowledgable. I trust them so that means I would recommend them and have many times over the 20 or so years we have been doing business with them.

CB at Mission Bend has a nice and CLEAN reception area and they guarantee their parts & labor! That's VERY nice.
Ever since I have went to CBA the experience has been great!! They are not pushy and do not make you do a service you do not want, they bascially tell you what your car needs and from that point it's up to you. I love the fact that everyone has a good attitude and the enviroment is always nice. :)

The people are friendly, knowledgeable and - I really believe - honest. They don't charge me for work I don't need (or worse) work they don't actually do. Some businesses may advertise that they follow christian principles, I believe these guys really do.
