They work quickly and efficiently; they are very knowledgeable about all makes of car; the customer service is great--they provide transportation home or to a local workplace if the repairs require a longer repair
They honestly listen to the customer and interject information that explains any misconceptions about the situation the auto may be having. Their very knowledgable about what they do because they answer all questions with detail and explain to the customer what they will be doing, how they are going to do it, how long it is going to take and approximately how much it will cost. They explain their costs as well. They even take into consideration the time and money it is going to cost the customer. They are kind and friendly and keep the customer in all loops. My experience was fantastic and I'm very grateful for their attention and patience with me.
