Nice atmosphere in the waiting lobby; great people providing service; performed only needed services.
However, the technician did not reset the sensors on my tires after rotating them. There is information on how to do it in the owners manual and I can do it myself with great difficulty. It would be easy to do with two people--one inside the car and one outside car.

The mechanic Zac was knowledgeable, efficient and explained the necessary repairs in a way that was easily understandable. And Steve Bautista, made our family comfortable in the lobby (because our car broke down on a moving trip from Texas to Colorado). Steve and Zac also took pics of damage to my engine and wrote detailed notes, as I had just paid 2_different mechanics a total of $3k to make sure the car was road worthy.

The manager and the staff were very professional and friendly. And the manger explained everything clearly. The shop was very nice and clean. The shuttle idea is great!! Especially for someone who is new to the area like me. After my car was done, they left a flower in my passenger seat, which I thought was very nice and friendly.
