Friendly service, gave me coffee, comfortable furniture to sit on. Nice if they had a TV in the waiting room and coffee/tea service. I appreciated the carnation that was put in my car also.

The staff is very courteous. I appreciate the information they gave me and the suggestions for future maintenance. When the care continued to have the problem originally addressed, they worked to find the problem. We are still having the issue and will return the care again. This is not an issue for them. They want to get it fixed.

You guys did and oil and filter change and flushed the transmission fluid in my 2010 Ford Escape a couple of weeks ago. I made the appointment and got the vehicle there on time and you guys completed the job on time. I could have gotten the work done cheaper, but I like the way you guys do business. I trust that you will be consistent with your work and to date after about two years I have no complaints about Christian Brothers. Thanks!

The Christian atmosphere and the fact that they have bibles in the waiting room. That is a great way to spread the gospel of Jesus! The service was good too!
The excellent Customer Service, the way everything was explained with so much patience. I knew exactly what was going on and knew it was not a useless expenditure. As a woman, liked not being talked down to and when I did not understand they repeated patiently.
