What I like about Northwest is that even when movies are sold out, the theater itself never feels overcrowded. Everything is running smoothly, the lines in the concession area are never as long as other theaters. It's a main reason why I keep coming back. Staff is always pleasant. I have yet to come across a grumpy employee. I really love that.
