I always enjoy coming to Northwest. The only thing that I wish they had was a button to open the doors for wheelchair accessibility. Other than that love the place.

Clean theaters. I always go to the very first showing though. The entry doors are always clean. This is always a good sign when you enter an establishment that serves food. The employees are super friendly and courteous.

Customer service is excellent here. Ever since the remodel, I enjoy coming exclusively to the Northwest Theater. Been coming here for over 45 years.

I like self serve popcorn (although I only fill once). I like adding butter in the middle. Also the frequent movie program. Santikos loyal and I like they keep money local.

I've been going to Santikos Northwest for over 35 years, so it's been years and years of great movie experiences at Santikos. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The theaters and bathrooms are always clean. The improvements over the years have been great. They're so generous in sharing with our community in their donations to different charities. Overall just love ❤️ going to Santikos.....I won't go anywhere else!!!!!

Great. My only complaint is that the seats we sat at one didn’t recline, the button didn’t work, and the other seat was broken. The actual seat was broken. Thankfully the theatre wasn’t full and we switched seats.

The fact that it’s not a giant theater! I really like the smaller theaters ! Love the pretzels hot dogs snacks and the rewards program ! I was offered my free popcorn at last nights movie !
