What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I love attending the movies at Santikos Theaters. I prefer to attend the Northwest and Bijou theaters. My ONLY complaint is that you changed your BUTTER for your popcorn. It taste like olive oil - YUCK! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE go back to your original butter. My family, friends and I no longer enjoy popcorn at the movies :-(

Santikos has always given me the highest quality of service, from the ticket booth to the concession to the ushers cleaning the theater floors. I especially like the self serving of the drinks and the butter for my popcorn. To me that makes a big difference from the other theaters that do not allow this. THANKS AGAIN!
