My family and I have always enjoyed the santikos Northwest theatre. We go back twenty plus years. It feels like home. Just the right crowd, whenever I go.
I have been to other theatre's but I prefer the Northwest.

The fact that the seats ARE NOT RESERVED!
Why change a good thing?
I see NO REASON that the seats should be
Reserved!
The admission prices are reasonable.
The popcorn usually tastes good.
The selection of movies is good.
We like the Northwest the way it is.
We hate the new seats at the Bijou and
That they are reserved.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Good movies, comfortable , great atmosphere and so far NO assigned seating. We dont like assigned seating, but looks like its coming to Northwest and Cielo, not looking forward to that. We will still go to support our community and Santikos. We're one San Antonio family.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Often times I choose not to go to movie theaters because the staff make the experience so uninviting & ruins the experience for me. However, this time the manager Joel was so accommodating & friendly that I actually felt welcomed. He greeted us with a smile & did not treat us like any other customer. We lost a phone after the movie ended & he helped us look for it even though the theatre was ready to close. Thanks Joel!
