I have been going to this location for years it's usually pretty clean not to busy and I like the recliners overall this is my to go spot for the movies

Before I say my constructive criticism just know I love Santikos, and I love the northwest theater, the most affordable, with still all the benefits of any of the other ones.
Only thing in the theatre I was in this time was either AC was really loud or speakers aren't that good in that specific theatre to the point where it was hard to hear the movie. Other than that I've never had a complaint in my 10+ years going there.

The staff is always courteous and friendly. They always ask if I'm a reward member whenever I'm purchasing concessions, which is very satisfying. Also, the fact that I'm able to get my own popcorn and soda refills without having to wait in a line is a game winner!
I love Santikos, very strong connection to the community of San Antonio and i’m gonna miss it when I go off to college next year.
