I love to take my grandchildren there. It's family friendly. The staffs very polite and helpful, always Johnny on the spot ( not on cell phones texting) in case help is needed carrying all the food and snacks we like to get our grandchildren. And that's another great thing about Santiko, they have all the foods my grandchildren like; pizza, nachos-yummy, popcorn, chicken wings and all flavor drinks.

I think it's fantastic sparkling water is an option versus soda. Seating needs upgrading especially for a 2 -1/2 hrs movie. Watching Endgame was very uncomfortable.

I can always ask for hot popcorn and they will make it fresh even if I have to wait 5 or 10 minutes...what happened to your tray carriers with food I miss that easier to carry food into theater
