Everything!!! We go there at least every other week. We spend a lot of money in the theater and really appreciate the rewards plan!! And all staff and Managers have always been extremely polite, helpful, and friendly. We even know them by name. :)

The reserved seating is a Huge perk... no more wasting time in a long line or worrying if there will be enough seats for your party. The self serve soft drink station really stands out from other theaters, because I am able to get refills without having to buy another drink. Food and libations are definitely a plus!

JMJ The Rewards, and front window folks are really helpful in finding the right movie for my Grandchildren and perfect seating that is convenient to leaving for restroom and refills. I have been to other Theatres and you have the best prices on refreshments, as well as the clean and convenient refill areas. This is what keeps bringing me back. The Rewards is definitely a plus and your employees always keep me posted on what deals are available whether its at the ticket window or refreshment counter. Your employees are always offering to help. Hearing impaired devices always work and in good shape compared to other Theatres.

The theater was clean and the employees were reaponsive.

I wasn't pleased that after I made my purchase at concession and I asked about my point, I was informed that I had to go to the customer service desk and request that my point be added to my account. If I hadn't skied about my points I wouldn't received them. Not cool!

I love the point system and always earn tons of free stuff because I am an avid movie goer. I absolutely love love love the assigned seating and self drink stations!! I hate fighting over a seat and waiting in line to refill my drink.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I like the reserved seating. Movies are always current. The popcorn is fresh. The only criticism I have is for the hand dryers that have replaced the paper towel in the bathrooms. For 1: sanitary reasons because the doors inside have a handle that you must pull to exit, it makes it unsanitary after you have just washed your hands to exit. 2: the hand dryers are positioned too low. Not everyone is short, it is difficult for a person of my height 5'8" or taller to stoop that low especially if you have any physical problems.
