Everything! The people are friendly. The bathrooms are clean and properly supplied with to and paper towels. LOVE the popcorn. Drink area is also clean. I do love my Santikos.

Laser projection. Large screen. Comfortable seating. Ticket purchase kiosk. Hospitality. But the pizza was not good. The crust should be mildly moist and chewy but it was hard, very hard. Recommend partnering with California Pizza Kitchen, Urban Bricks or a similar pizzeria for mutual benefit. The kiosk spits out the tickets and receipt at a high velocity which causes them to land on the floor. Recommend dispensers that grips the tickets or dispensers equipped with trays that will catch and hold the tickets so that patrons will not have to pick them off the floor.

Primarily, the young, energetic people and managers you employ. The movie experience is a good one, but long gone are the days of a ticket, cup of coke and bag of popcorn for $.50. It's now more like $50.00, which is a real kick in the pants for this kind of entertainment for someone "my" age.
