I have not been there in a while, maybe a few years. Live the upgrade of the theatre. I normally drive to Cibolo to enjoy movies. I was going to Entertainment Embassy but my new truck got stolen there. I wish they would have security monitoring the parking lot though. But overall a good experience. Saw the Working Man. Excellent movie.

friendly staff clean environment

I frequently go to Casa Blanca but since the Silverado was being renovated. Mind you we live by 8 minutes away from Casa Blanca. Silverado had always been a comfortable friendly theater to go to. That was not our experience when we returned. It was a nice place but the staff was cold and rushed even though there were hardly people at the theater. Not sure what’s going on there but I will not be going out of my to visit that location again.

We went to Silverado after the remodel and were pleasantly surprised. The combination gives a nice variety for different interests of the public over a wide range of ages. Just a lot of fun! Good job!!

Premium feel of theater

Our favorite theater bar none. We are club members and visit weekly. As a father with a special needs adult son who absolutely loves his movies. I feel the staff has always gone above and beyond to make him feel like he’s at home. This I am grateful to the organization for! Keep up the great work!

Though it's a little smaller than other locations, Santikos Silverado is an excellent experience. It's open and bright and feels like a cozy neighborhood theatre, with all of the modern amenities and excellent service you expect from a bigger theatre. Everything is recently updated, and the staff are careful to keep all areas clean. The location is excellent. I regularly bring my friends to this theatre, and I recommend it to anyone looking to watch the latest film with family or friends.

Always clean. Seats are comfortable. Temperature is mostly nice. Food is expensive but good. Staff can be a hit or miss on being friendly but I think it’s social media and covid pandemic where they lost social skills. Maybe a training on verbal communication and customer appreciation.

My theater had reclining seats with good space between each row. The concessions worker also informed me when I had rewards I could use.

I recently visited Silverado and love all the upgrades. I like how you can refill your own popcorn just like your drink. Makes it easier to not stand in line for that.

Nice escape from reality, like always popcorn is hot and fresh. Seats are comfy!! We always enjoy ourselves.

Love the remodel! The theater experience is top notch with reclining seats & tables. Facilities are always clean. Services is always friendly & amazing! Parking is never an issue. Enjoy the bowling, food & bar. Great place for kids & adults to enjoy.
