Santikos Silverado is one of my favorite theatres. Loved the assigned seating that you implemented years ago it's always been one of my favorite features. Seats are comfortable and of course love the free refills we always get the combo 1 but hardly ever refill but when we do it's nice to have. I've always loved Santikos Theatres since I was a kid.

I have movie pass so not exaggerating I usually go everyday. The staff at the guest services is amazing. The managers, people like Matt U and Shawna (forgive me if I spelled it wrong) or David or really anyone, they're all really friendly and greet me as a regular. My only gripe is silverado 16 has less movie diversity than palladium. There will be like twenty wonder woman's but y'all won't have King Arthur or other movies. No big deal! Love you y'all!

I always enjoy the selection of movie times and my seats. Knowing that not only do I get to have entertainment but most of money goes back to worthwhile community programs and I don't have to rush to stand in line for seats? Those three things just have the experience being pleasant.
