The theater is always great, clean and staff if also very friendly.

Only thing with this theater is the people, they are not courteous to others, baby crying , cell phone use etc it’s really bothersome.

Maybe send reminder before the showing, I dont recall seeing that on the most recent visit don’t know if that will help but maybe people will think a bit more.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I have been coming to Santikos for about fifteen years. I have brought my grandkids to see every kid movie possible. The best have been all the Marvel movies. We all like the food(pickles, salted pretzels, and popcorn). The young people who work at the theater are very courteous and hardworking. I like the assigned seating (we are able to be altogether).

Okay, but several of the theater rooms are outdated with old seats. Also, in the smaller rooms, the sound is getting weak. Not sure I'm getting that full sound that we pay for when going to the theater. Remember, that you are competing with other theaters and home theaters as well. Sight and sound are the keys that will draw your customer.

I left my sweater at a theatre n it was safe at their lost n found next day. I was so pleased.

Love this theatre. Highly recommend.

Like the fact that there is an eating area outside the theater. The restrooms are clean. It has a nice atmosphere.

I always enjoy going to Santikos. I love the reclining sears. I love how clean it always in. My family enjoys the free refills on drinks. And I love to purchase my own ticket at the kiosks.
