Consistently great customer service. My husband and I usually attend the embassy 14 theater, and what's great about santikos is you can't go wrong at any of their theaters! Faithful customer for the four years we've lived in Texas.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Staff are friendly and helpful. Bathrooms are clean and well kept, as are the theaters. Really like the assigned seating, but will admit I did not think they a good idea when first introduced. I do have to say that the concession prices are outrageous. I just don't eat or drink anything from there anymore. None of my friends or family buy from the concession stand any more either. I go to the movies a lot, usually once or twice a week, with two movies on a Saturday occasionally.

I particularly enjoy the following:

1) purchasing my tickets online ahead of time AND being able to choose where I sit. This eliminates having to show up early, and I am particular about where I sit in the theater.
2) large viewing screen (e.g. IMAX or AVX)
3) phenomenal immersive sound system
