This was my first visit to the Palladium and my husband, in-laws and myself absolutely LOVED it. It is literally almost a 30 minute drive from our house but it was well worth the drive. We will definitely return.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Clean classy theater with comfortable reserved seating and courteous personnel. Love the wine bar. I was sorely saddened when you changed your food menu from containing several healthy choices (wild caught salmon kabobs and Greek choices) to all fast food junk. But I can always eat after I leave the theater. It is my only choice for "movie night".

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

This was my family's first visit to this theater. We received outstanding service from the box office and concessionaires. My youngest child fell asleep before the movie started but awoke upset about 20 minutes in. We exited the theater for a few minutes and returned after he calmed down. Unfortunately within a few minutes he vomited in the theater, mostly on me.

The staff was courteous and made sure we were ok. Joshua and Morris chased us down to give us refund tickets - something we were not expecting but that we very much appreciate.
