we really like the fact that you can choose your seats, the seats are very comfy and the theater itself is a fun place to go with the food, bars, and coffee/ice cream!

I picked my seats online and realized when we were seated that they were too close for the kids to see. The guy at the service desk was extremely helpful. We picked out new seats in 2 min.
