Love having assigned seats that are comfortable and roomy enough for my tall, long legged husband! Adult beverages are also a plus:-)

The friendly staff, cleanliness and the seating arrangements. There is plenty of space between the seats in front of us.

I have always had a great experience, Except for one time we decided to go, watch a movie in VIP seats we're dirty arm rests were wet with condensation from drinks from customers before us. But still my favorite theater. 😊

I love Santos over any of the other theaters systems ie... ( AMC, regal,). Your always trying to improve the experience. But yes there is a but.the santikos Rialto is my home base theater, I am now in the handicab status of my life and the seats are hurting my back. So now I have to drive to the Embassy Row 14 and the Santikos Palladium theaters to watch a movie. But I have to eat before I go to the theater now...I'm sad at that point.

Everything! Easy purchasing tickets online and then picking them up at the theatre along with free popcorn. The theatre was clean and did not feel crowded. The IMAX experience is a very thrilling way to experience movies. Highly recommended!
