Variety of food & beverage choices. Clean and friendly environment. It would be nice for it to be easier to figure out what's playing in the upstairs, VIP theaters.

When we got there the person that sold us our tickets was very nice and adviced us we had a complementary ticket which was a really nice surprise.

It's my "go to" theater. I love the ambiance and all they have to offer. The chicken strips & fries and pizza are the best!!!!

Movie going is a weekly event and the Paladium IMAX is our theater. The staff is friendly and the theater is clean. Also we enjoy the points we earn with the membership card. Parking can be somewhat of a challenge at busy times. That being said, you don't need more valet spots.

Love the comfort and seating of the VIP area . I do recommend if the theater would show short films before the previews. Sort of like Alamo Draft. House. Please stop showing he ridiculous part about the Cell phone use about the Jurassic park part about we missed it too. Thanks

Very clean theatre. Restrooms reasonably clear, need minor repairs, coat hooks broken, etc. Clerks at ticket sales and refreshments are helpful, friendly and eespectful. We,appreciate your efforts.
