My husband bought tickets for a theatre in the wrong city. Tired to cancel on line, wouldn't work. Called the actual theatre and after 7 attempts someone answered. He couldn't do it. I was then given corporates number, full voice mail. Next tried to send an email, for some reason that would not go through. Can not cancel my tickets so someone else could use them. UGH!

It was a good. Your staff was helpful. Bathroom could use some attention. I miss the coffee bar that was there and it was my go to rather then have alcohol or soft drink. Soda stand could have also used some attention.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Enjoyed the new rocking chairs with trays attached. Very comfy. However I ordered the lemon pepper wings along with French fries that were hard and cold. Veggies with wings were wildered not crispy. I didn’t want to miss any of the Star Wars movie that I was excited to see, so I failed to return to the food counter to advise management. I did manage to enjoy a couple of the wings (hungry) but the rest was awful. Will try something different next time.

Theatre staff are always friendly and helpful. Every time we have visited the lobby, bathrooms and theatres are very clean. We are never disappointed at Santikos!

Awesome experience except they just need to put popcorn in a bag with more than a handful. Also ha don’t icees available as we were told we’d have to go downstairs to get it. Should be available in VIP section. It did take some time to get drinks but everyone was very courteous!!

Our movie was delayed last night approx 15 minutes due to technical problems..... the management was apologetic and provided great customer service by passing out a coupon for another movie while exiting theatre.
