It's got it all! Great Movies, food, and a great bar! The IMAX and Avx are great to watch the best movies. There is plenty of help at the concession and you don't have to wait long.

The movies has always been 1 of the places where my family and I enjoy time together. Unfortunately the level of friendliness has changed. If you ask for help it seems to be a bother. So we try not to let your staff ruin it for us but it is getting harder to ignore.

Crowd control can be a problem at this theatre. I find that the younger associates are not yet mature enough to keep the crowd in proper order. An example occurred yesterday when I waited patiently in line for ice cream and quite a while at that. When it came my turn a younger man got in front of me and was helped by the associate.
Yes I understand that young people can be very rude but part of the responsibility of working in the theater is maintaining your position.
P.S. The assistant manager who talked to my wife and I did little to assist the situation. Lesson learned...If the managers are trained there is no hope for the younger people.
I am a member of Santikos and very loyal as you can tell if you wish. But that doesn't mean I have to be treated poorly or be ignored.
Thanks for listening. I am not looking for anything. I just believe in making people better.

Usually, when I go to a movie, I feel like I’m just watching it on a big screen, which is great. When I see a movie in IMAX I feel like I’m really seeing the movie.
