He did indeed address my concerns very quickly and I am very grateful for that. He has proven that Santikos really does care about its patrons and goes above and beyond to address concerns. It is a nice theater with great seating in the theater we were using. The concession line wasn’t very organized and the drink/butter station was too small but not huge detractors from the overall experience. We did not use the VIP section, bars or restaurants.

Theater is kept clean. There wasn’t long lines for concessions. The employees we interacted with were friendly and helpful.
