Friendly helpful staff. Santikos theaters are always very clean, beautiful atmosphere, and the food is great. The reclining seats are very comfortable. I really enjoy the santikos theater because the movie quality is always great. Feels like I'm watching from the comfort of my own home.

This is by far my favorite place to watch a movie. The employees are awesome. I never had a bad experience. The bartenders are wonderful and pleasant. The restroom are always clean the seats are clean. Overall I love taking my family to the palladium. I don’t like any other theater but Palladium. Great work!

Everyone was nice and curtious and there were a lot of workers at the concession stand so we didn’t have to wait long.

None like any other movie experience Ive ever had. The place was beautiful and immaculate! There were comfortable recliner seats and sofas and a full bar upstairs. The only bad experience was there were people sitting in our seats when we got there. They had the wrong day. It was very inconvenient. Other than that it was a relaxing experience and great movie.

Love the customer service, quality of seats/comfort, and food! Santikos theaters are the only ones I will visit in San Antonio.
