Because I was given an opportunity to see one of my favorite movies of all time. I saw Close Encounters of the Third Kind on the big screen. I started crying when it came out. Thank you for the experience.

I love the Palladium. I think they are doing a good job handling the COVID-19 pandemic.
Staff members have a bad attitude and are poor at customer service but the company overall is good.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

The seats in the iMax were MORE comfortable than the recliner seats in the other theaters. They weren't recliners but the seats themselves were more comfortable. If the recliners actually reclined instead of rotated, resulting in a flatter, more reclined surface, it would be easier on the back for a 2 hour movie.
